Seminar Overview:
Inspiration drawn from the 2013 movie "Her", this exploration focuses on the potential of DeepSeek and Doubao in crafting marketing communication strategies, content, and interaction flows. The goal is to not only drive customers to purchase products but also to cultivate a profound "love" relationship with the brand, leading to a state where customers are deeply attached to it.
In the current digital age, characterized by the prevalence of social media and short - form video content, the audience is constantly bombarded with fragmented information. This makes it extremely tough for brands to make a long - lasting mark and stay in customers' minds. Additionally, the algorithms and revenue models of these platforms, while attracting the target customers, also expose brands to intense competition. Brands are thus burdened with high - cost customer acquisition and the struggle to extract sufficient lifetime value from existing customers.
This seminar, however, diverges from the norm by centering on the unique role of DeepSeek R1 in enhancing this "love" - based marketing. By leveraging the capabilities of DeepSeek and Doubao, we aim to show how to build an emotional connection with customers, which in turn can improve customer conversion, enhance lifetime value, and increase knowledge, referral, and influencing values.
About the speaker:
Mr. Francis KWOK received his BSc from the Department of Physics at HKUST. Thanks to the help of his alma mater, Francis and two other fellow HKUST alums established Radica in 2000. Under his leadership, Radica has become a top email marketing and big data solution provider with sales operations in six markets across Asia within 2 years and became the winner of Marketing Magazine's “Agency of the Year 2014 - Gold Award (Direct Marketing Agency)”. Being a veteran in the industry, Francis is also a regular author and guest speaker on email marketing and big data topics, including commercial, governmental and academic sectors.
